Benefits and Support
Selected interns will receive a competitive monthly stipend. For those in home-based roles, an additional allowance is provided to cover high-speed internet and office supplies.
If your internship is on-site, you’ll also receive support for travel and visa expenses. Plus, you’ll gain valuable insights into the international recruitment process and receive personalized advice on building your international career, including crafting effective CVs and cover letters.
Who Can Apply?
For 2024, the programme is offering 15 internship positions. These are split into two distinct components to enhance workforce diversity:
- 6 positions are reserved exclusively for persons with disabilities.
- 9 roles are available for nationals from non- and under-represented Member States.
