After last year’s success, they’re back to support young entrepreneurs, who are creating innovative solutions for the world’s most critical issues.

Eligibility
To be eligible for European SME Week, you must be between 18 and 25 years old and reside in any EU or COSME country.
How to Apply
The application process for Youth Start-up Competition 2024 include simple steps:
1# Submission Requirements: Firstly, you need to create a short video (maximum 3 minutes) that includes:
- The concept of your start-up idea.
- The relevance of your idea in today’s world.
- A brief overview of your business plan.
Your start-up idea should promote sustainability and align with EU values.
2# Online Application: After this, submit your application here (https://futurium.ec.europa.eu/en/promoting-enterprise/european-sme-week/2024-youth-start-competition-ysc-encouraging-young-entrepreneurs-shape-future) before 20 September 2024.
Evaluation Process
The selection process will focus on three main criteria: creativity, originality, and communication. The top three finalists will be invited to attend the SME Assembly in Budapest, Hungary, from November 18-20, 2024.
