Scholarship Value
- £1,500 for full-time UK students
- £750 per year for part-time UK students
- £3,000 for full-time overseas students
Who Can Apply for the “Ambition” Scholarship?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be transitioning directly from an undergraduate program to postgraduate study at Kent.
- Have achieved at least a 2.1 in your undergraduate program.
- Have received an unconditional offer for your postgraduate program by the deadline. If your offer is still conditional (barring fee deposit or final results), unfortunately, your application cannot be considered.
- This scholarship is only open to courses leading to a Postgraduate Taught or Research Master’s degree. MArch students directly progressing from an undergraduate degree are also eligible.
- Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma courses do not qualify.
- This scholarship cannot be combined with the Kent Graduate BAME in Higher Education Scholarship or the Widening Participation Ambition Scholarship.
- Recipients cannot hold this scholarship along with any other complete fee waivers.
How to Apply for the “Ambition” Scholarship
- Firstly, check that you’ve received a formal offer for a postgraduate program.
- Apply via your application portal (https://www.kent.ac.uk/scholarships/search/FNADAMBISC01), where you can also view other scholarships you may be eligible for.
- Submit your application by 16 July 2024, 23:59 BST.
