Internship Details

Your Responsibilities in Human Resources Expert Services Team
- Implement and support development programs that enhance leadership and management skills.
- Organize engaging ‘Lunch & Learn’ sessions to facilitate continuous learning within Europol.
- Develop materials and tools to support effective performance management across the organization.
- Assist in the induction of new hires, helping them to integrate smoothly into the Europol environment.
- You might also work on projects to improve employee and candidate experiences, aligning with Europol’s goals of diversity and inclusion.
Who Can Apply for this Internship in Europol?
- EU nationals who have completed university studies or vocational training relevant to the internship.
- Candidates should not have previously engaged in long-term internships or employment with EU institutions for more than six weeks.
- Fluency in English and satisfactory knowledge of another EU language.
