Who Can Apply?
The President Scholarship is designed exclusively for non-Chinese citizens in excellent health. Here’s what you need to qualify:
- Undergraduate applicants must be high school graduates under 25 years old.
- Master’s applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree and be under 35 years old.
- Doctoral applicants need to have a master’s degree and be under 40 years old.
Academic and Language Requirements
To thrive in our programs, a strong academic foundation is essential. You will need:
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 or its equivalent.
- Proficiency in Chinese, evidenced by an HSK4 certification, since all courses are taught in Chinese.

- highest diploma,
- transcripts
- passport

- a criminal record certificate
- a physical examination form
- your HSK4 certificate
- financial guarantee letter.
All non-Chinese and non-English documents must be translated.
